How to Add Withdrawal Balance?

(Note: Voucher must be activated to add withdrawal details. How to Activate Payment Voucher? )

1. From the Withdrawal menu, choose Add Withdrawal Details.



2. Key in payments according to bank account, withdrawal type, payee name, what the payment is for, amount and date when the payment is made.
3. Users can make multiple payments by adding row.
4. Click Print.



5. Click OK to print voucher.



6. Click Cancel/Close to exit.
